What are tokens?
Tokens are units of AI processing. Roughly 1,000 tokens equal about 750 words. Your token usage depends on the length of conversations and complexity of AI responses.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
If you exceed your token limit, your assistants will temporarily pause until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade your plan. We'll notify you before you reach your limits.
